They do different jobs.
A typical wall-mounted split air conditioner recirculates indoor air to heat or cool the room. It does not normally provide the outdoor fresh-air supply a building may need.
Some projects need both temperature control and ventilation. We explain the separate roles and coordinate the proposed installation around the property.

Can ventilation help with condensation?
It can help remove moisture, but condensation can also involve insulation, heating, water ingress or how a room is used. The underlying cause needs to be assessed.
Do all air conditioners bring in fresh air?
No. Most standard split systems recirculate room air. Specific equipment may offer fresh-air features, which should be checked against the required ventilation provision.
Can you work in an existing building?
We assess the routes and access first. Available ceiling space, wall construction and external terminals influence what is practical.
